The Profile Sprint · Greenlight Verified
A structured week with peer facilitators who've been through it themselves. You leave with four profiles that describe the business problems you solve, in the language buyers recognise. Ending with a Greenlight review and a Verified tick. No subscription attached.
Hosted sessions run week 1 and week 3 of every month.
What this fixes
Real buyers don't read CVs. They pattern-match against problems they're feeling. If your profile leads with roles and years, they scroll past. The Sprint moves you from what you do to what you solve.
What your week looks like
Why the Roster exists, what buyers actually say, and how the week runs.
What do I have that somebody would pay for? Audit what you already do, and what you were repeatedly trusted to fix.
Is anybody actually asking for this? Market signals, demand, and the words buyers use.
If they said yes tomorrow, could I handle it? A price, a scope, and something to send.
Who do I tell, and how? Audience, signals, and one conversation started.
What to do with four profiles: the prospecting and the pricing that follow.
Karen reviews your four profiles against the Fractional First® framework. Any profile that meets the bar earns the Greenlight Verified tick, the same mark that appears on Roster listings.
Greenlight verifiedPlus a toolkit you keep: a workbook that runs alongside the four sessions, with the worksheets, the checklists, and the exact prompts for the AI assistants that draft and pressure-test your profiles between them.
Who runs the sessions
The workshops are hosted by Greenlight's inner circle: people who've been through the Sprint and built the profiles they now help others build.
Peer-led, not top-down. You get someone who remembers what it felt like to have too much experience and not enough offer.
Karen owns the framework and the Greenlight review. The workshops themselves belong to the facilitators.
The Verified tick
The Greenlight Verified tick means a profile has been reviewed against the Fractional First® framework and cleared. It appears on your profiles when you use them: on the Roster, in outreach, in your own material.
It's the same mark that carries weight on the Fractional Roster today. Buyers already know what it means.
After the week
Four buyer-ready profiles, ready to use. What you do with them is up to you.

How it runs
The hosted sessions run week 1 and week 3 of every month, Monday to Thursday. They are there to work through the content with you and answer what you are stuck on, not to do the work live. You get as far as you get, and bring the questions to the next set.
Small groups, so each facilitator can pay attention. The workshops are peer-led, not classroom-scale.
Pricing
Hosted sessions: week 1 and week 3 of every month, Monday to Thursday.

Questions
Greenlight's inner circle: people who've been through the Sprint themselves. Peer-led, not Karen-led.
Karen owns the framework and runs the Greenlight review. She doesn't host the workshops.
A visible mark on any profile that clears the Greenlight review. It signals to buyers that a profile has been reviewed against the Fractional First® framework. Already recognised on the Fractional Roster.
No, and there is no subscription requirement. Your Fractional Roster account is set up as part of the Sprint, because that is where the workshop spaces and the AI assistants live, and where your profiles go when you are ready to publish. The account is free and stays free.
Immediate access to everything: the workbook, the worksheets, the session material and the recordings. The hosted sessions are the next set to run.
LinkedIn asks you to describe the roles you've held. The Sprint helps you describe the problems you solve. That difference is why peer consultants and buyers recognise you as fractional talent, rather than another CV to skim past.
Six 30-minute sessions Monday to Thursday, including the opening and closing, plus your own time on the worksheets. Around 4 to 5 hours in total. The sessions are for working through the content and asking what you are stuck on. You are not expected to finish the work live in the room.
No. You start when you join. The opening session sits at the front of the week, then the four question sessions run Monday to Thursday. Hosted sessions run week 1 and week 3 of every month, so the next set is never more than a fortnight away.
No. The Sprint helps you build profiles that describe buyer-facing value. What you do with them afterwards is up to you.
Your profiles are yours. Use them anywhere: the free Fractional Roster, outreach, LinkedIn, sales conversations, proposals.
Ready when you are
The hosted sessions run week 1 and week 3 of every month, so the next set is never far off.
